Material: (1) Jinsha river noodles
(2) Cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, lean shredded meat, starchless ham sausage.

Method: (1) Cabbage, carrot, red pepper shredded, shallots of white onion and green onion leaves separately, minced respectively, ginger, garlic minced, ham sausage sliced.
