Make pickled pepper cuttlefish at home, simple and delicious

Ingredients: Cuttlefish 300g, pickled pepper 50g.

Seasoning: vegetable oil, minced green onion, minced ginger, minced garlic, salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, vinegar, clear soup, sesame oil, water starch, coriander minced each appropriate amount.

method:

1: Wash the cuttlefish, chop the pickled pepper and put it in a bowl for later.

2: Pour oil into the pot, heat to 60%, add cuttlefish and stir-fry until cooked, remove the drain.

3: Leave an appropriate amount of bottom oil in the pot, add minced green onion, ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar and cooking wine to taste.

4: Pour in the pickled pepper, clear soup, stir-fry with cuttlefish, add chopped coriander, hook with water starch, drizzle with sesame oil.
