In December 2019, the Party Group of the Civil Aviation Administration decided to establish the Civil Aviation Inspector Training Academy. The course system covers 13 regulatory majors, including 80 courses and 300 course hours of 25 course modules, comprehensively covering the whole chain of civil aviation production and industry supervision content and various professional modules, filling the gap that China's civil aviation has not had an introductory general training textbook for inspectors for a long time.

On September 10, 2020, after less than 10 months of preparation, the Civil Aviation Inspector Training Academy was officially launched. Since the launch of the training work, the Civil Aviation Inspector Training Institute has completed 20 sessions of various types of supervisor training and industry training, 24 classes and 923 person-times.
