Lv Pin of Liaoning Institute of Technology: Strive to fulfill the duties and mission of a college teacher

　　Lü Pin is a full-time teacher in the School of Culture and Media of Liaoning University of Technology, and is currently the director of the Teaching and Research Department of the School of Culture and Media. With the basic belief of "teaching and educating people, educating people first", and the purpose of "promoting research with teaching" and "promoting learning with competition", she has worked hard and strived to practice the duties and missions of a college teacher.

　　Since 2014, she has served as the director and professional leader of the teaching and research department of advertising, radio and television, journalism, network and new media, and she has carefully organized teaching and research department activities, prepared professional competitions and innovative and entrepreneurial talent training activities in combination with professional characteristics and professional construction policies. As a classroom teacher majoring in journalism and communication, Mr. Lu Pin can unify teaching and educating people, pay attention to the construction of curriculum ideology and politics, and conscientiously study and teach the Marxist concept of journalism.

　　In terms of teaching work, Mr. Lü Pin insists on attending every lesson, doing a good job in every pass in the teaching link, conscientiously writing teaching documents, striving for excellence, and humbly learning from qualified teachers, and actively participating in activities such as listening to lessons, evaluating lessons, and teaching competitions. In actual teaching, Mr. Lv Pin actively explores the reform of teaching methods, teaching methods and examination methods, takes the "applied talent" training model as the forerunner, and designs appropriate teaching methods according to the nature of the curriculum. In 2021, she guided the 13th National College Students Advertising Art Competition (Liaoning Division) to win 1 first prize, 8 second prizes, 11 third prizes and 17 excellent awards; the guiding project "Research on the Creative Transformation of Traditional Culture in Variety Shows" won the provincial first prize in the 15th "Challenge Cup" Liaoning Provincial College Students Extracurricular Academic And Scientific and Technological Works Competition; she also participated in the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship team of the network and new media major "New Media Design Studio" as the first instructor; in 2020, Guided the national project "Tuya" Urban Beautification and Cultural and Creative Project"; in 2018, it won two provincial projects of "Creating Youth".
