The times are changing, the world is progressing, and the operating logic of society is changing. But the essence of human nature will not change, but it is too profound and needs us to slowly explore.
1. Judge the development of things through the essence of human nature and uncover the false face of people in the workplace.
Two things that happen around you. The first is to predict the occurrence of contradictions among colleagues. There are two very good colleagues in the team, the work has a certain subordinate attribute, but because of the change of work, the relationship becomes a certain competition; at that time, I predicted that there will be contradictions because of the change of positions and roles, and sure enough, within a few days, contradictions will arise. Because of the "selfishness of human nature" in human nature, the original subordinate relationship, everyone can cooperate to make money, and after becoming a competitive relationship, the original business resources have conflicts, in the face of interests, we must respect human nature, human nature for profit, human nature greed, doomed both sides will not deal with the relationship of interests well.
The second thing is to see the true face of the leader and take precautions in advance. When I first joined the company, the company was in the ascending period, the business scale was still small, the interview was a senior leader, at that time I felt that it was amiable, promised to give young people opportunities, etc., soon after joining the company, there were many old people in the company who said the advantages of this leader, can talk, never cold face, very righteous, etc., everyone liked him, at that time I predicted that this person is very high, such a person, will not let you see his true temperament, it is likely to actually contradict the appearance. Sure enough, with the development and growth of the company, power and money make the nature more obvious, the negotiation of affairs, but also gradually let people see him clearly, the role of the evil man let others do, the role of the good person left to himself; under the pressure of performance, he also gradually exposed his nature to management, put pressure on the middle level, ranked in all dimensions, dried, constantly layoffs, recruitment, and induced the middle level to let all members work overtime. After that, no one said, "I'm going to follow him forever."
2. Understand the workplace through human nature.
The proud son of heaven in the study period, the excellent student who is praised by everyone, but when he arrives in society, he encounters walls everywhere, why? Because human nature has not changed, but the rules have changed. Human nature is all about profit and avoiding harm, and it is all about mu qiang. What is the strongest person in the learning period? It is the grade, it is the IQ, as long as you get a high score, the teacher likes you, the classmates admire you, the parents are happy, and everyone is happy. But in society, the rules have changed, what is the strong? 3. From the perspective of human nature, look at workplace promotion
What is the underlying logic of promotion in the workplace? Is it ability? No, it's a relationship of interest.
What will the superior consider when promoting subordinates?
First, interests and power relations. What benefits does promoting him increase or lose to me, and does it have an impact on my power. Only promotions that can bring about the growth of benefits for themselves and the expansion of power can be operated.

There is no deeper context that will pose a threat in the future and so on. In fact, in an organizational structure, with the least fear of being laid off, is the bottom of the staff, because not scarce.
