On November 7, 2020, the 8th Asian Micro Film Arts Festival Award Ceremony was held in Lincang Sports Center, Yunnan Province, and the national film "My Mother Lake" was created and starred by the singers of "Horse Pole", "Standing on the Grassland and Looking at Beijing" and "Praise the New Era", and the famous Mongolian young singer Ulantuya participated in the creation and starring of the national film "My Mother Lake", which won the Best Work Award and the Best Music Work Award of the 8th Asian Micro Film Art Festival.
Jointly organized by the China Television Artists Association and the Central New Film Group, the Asian Micro Film Arts Festival has been held annually since 2013. In the past eight years, more than 22,000 entries from all over the world have been collected, and the number of entries has increased from more than 1,700 in the first edition to more than 5,000 in this year. The festival has gradually become the most influential international micro-film event in the Asian region, and the "Golden Begonia Award" has also become the highest award for influential Chinese micro-films.
With the theme of "Asian Style, Chinese Dream, Lincang Feelings", this year's Asian Micro Film Festival commends outstanding micro-film works and film and television creators from Asian countries, and promotes the interconnection and common development of the Asian micro-film industry. 5,019 entries from 20 countries were awarded. A total of 40 best work awards and 80 excellent work awards were carefully selected, and a number of good works and individual honors were selected at the same time.
The national micro-film "My Mother Lake", which won the Best Work Award and the Best Musical Work Award of this Asian Micro Film Art Festival, is a public welfare national film short film directed by Lin Xiaoxin and starring Ulantuya and Zhao Yansong, which was recently filmed in Xilin Gol. In this film, in addition to starring, Ulantuya also sang the theme song "Eji Nao'er". The film tells the love story of a grassland girl who listened to the call of the soul and returned to the grassland to work, bravely faced under the double test of love and career, and a touching story of three generations of salt industry people watching, inheriting and developing the grassland mother lake.
It is understood that on September 27, 2020, at the honorary ceremony of the Fourth China (Weifang Xiashan Hua'an) Golden Kite International Microfilm Competition, the national film "My Mother Lake" starring Ulantuya and the theme song "Eji Naoer" also won the Top Ten Actor Awards and the Top Ten Music Micro Film Awards of the Fourth China (Weifang Xiashan • Hua'an) Golden Kite International Micro film Competition, respectively. The trophy is not only a symbol of honor but also the best support and affirmation of the audience and the industry for actors and singers.
