A spoonful of peppercorn oil

Two scoops of cooked sesame seeds
A little minced garlic and green onion

First of all, we wash the beef and gently tap it with the back of the knife for about 20 to 30 times, which is to increase the tenderness of the beef, and if it does not work, add less corn starch.
