
When I was a child, I loved to eat my mother's braised ribs, small door steaks, soft rustling potatoes, and eat full of happiness. Growing up, working alone in a different place, I remembered that I burned a braised pork ribs myself, which was the taste of home.

2-3 potatoes

1. Bring the ribs to a boil in water, blanch, taste and remove the blood, two or three minutes. Scoop up, wash and set aside.
2. Cut the potatoes into chunks, soak them in water and wash the starch off the surface. After boiling the oil in the pan, add the potato pieces and stir-fry. When the potatoes are golden and peeled, scoop them up and set aside.
3. After the oil boils, add a grain of rock sugar, saccharify and stir-fry the ribs. Then add the red oil sauce and stir-fry with the ribs. Then add garlic, ginger slices, star anise, dried chili peppers and stir-fry.
4. Stir-fry for a minute or two, add water, not the ribs, bring to a boil over high heat, turn off the heat and simmer. After four or five minutes add the potatoes and salt and continue cooking.
5. According to the actual situation, when the potatoes are soft and fast, add a little soy sauce, uncover the lid of the pot and collect the juice.
6. Plate and sprinkle with green onions.
