Preparation steps:

3. Finely chop the shallots and parsley. In a bowl, add green onion, a small 1/2 tablespoon of salt, a few drops of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of chili oil, 1 tsp of soy sauce, a little pepper, a little MSG.
4. Place the noodles
