Helping the needy groups is a distinctive feature of urban and rural public welfare posts. The basic conditions for the placement of urban public welfare posts are identified as persons with employment difficulties (persons from urban zero-employment families, elderly unemployed persons in urban areas, college graduates from difficult families, 4050 persons, single-parent family members raising minor children, persons enjoying minimum living security, persons with disabilities, persons who have been unemployed for more than one year, etc.), and there are many restrictive conditions, such as the interruption of social security, the absence of industrial and commercial information in their names, and the handling of unemployment registration. The site of the Great Wall of Qi is a national key cultural relics protection unit and the only world cultural heritage in Weifang City. Linqu County took the first step in the city, which was jointly developed by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the County Culture and Tourism Bureau, and gave priority to the placement of 66 inspectors for public welfare posts in the protection of the Great Wall.
