Now sitting in the clinic is Zhou Dacheng's grandson Zhou Minsheng, the representative inheritor of the fifth batch of provincial intangible cultural heritage "Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Method (Guangjitang Traditional Chinese Medicine Gynecology)" in Henan Province. Although he is also over the age of six, his eyes are still bright.

Zhou Minsheng said that no matter day or night, wind and rain, people came to look for him, and he ran away with the medicine box on his back. Later, he became more and more famous, and people who saw the doctor praised him, and gradually gained the nickname of "living immortal".
In a wooden box in the medical hall, there are more than ten yellowed medical books and diaries, all of which were left by Zhou Dacheng. Now the recipe has been inherited and innovated by the descendants of the Zhou family, and the old medical books are no longer used, but Zhou Minsheng regards it as a treasure, and his path to studying medicine began from these books, and now they also remind him of the teachings of his ancestors.

Zhou Minsheng remembered that when he was a child, patients often came to knock on the door in the middle of the night, and no matter how late it was, his father would follow him in a hurry. "At that time, everyone was poor, and it was not easy to see that the patient's life was not easy, so my grandfather and father often charged less or no consultation fees, so that everyone could afford to see the disease." In Zhou Minsheng's memory, people he didn't know often came to his house, gave some eggs or peanuts, and usually put them down and left.
Nowadays, when Zhou Minsheng encounters patients with poor conditions, he will secretly reduce the consultation fee. There are also many cured patients who come with red envelopes, but he refuses them all. "This is a family motto, and it must not be accepted."

Growing up in the fragrance of traditional Chinese medicine, Zhou Minsheng's son Zhou Shaohui's childhood "toys" were all kinds of Chinese medicinal materials, and villains marked with the meridian acupuncture points of the human body. For as long as he can remember, Zhou Shaohui has been in the Chinese medicine hall, helping adults prepare medicines, steaming what needs to be steamed, stir-frying what needs to be fried, and slicing what needs to be sliced. "At that time, when I was most impressed, I once cut medicine, and I almost cut off my fingers and stomachs without paying attention."
But in the college entrance examination, Zhou Shaohui still chose traditional Chinese medicine.
In 2010, Zhou Shaohui graduated from Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (now Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) and could have chosen to stay in Zhengzhou to work, but he remembered the family motto and stories left by his ancestors, and remembered that it was not easy for ordinary people in the county to see a doctor, so he returned to Nancao Health Center in Weishi County, which is also the post that his father Zhou Minsheng has been sticking to before retiring.

Every weekend, Zhou Shaohui gives up his rest and rushes to the intangible cultural heritage market in Kaifeng to provide free medical services for the people. "Some are college students, some are busy with work, some are family difficulties, and they are afraid to go to a big hospital to see a doctor, so take advantage of the weekend market to see and give them free pulse cutting prescriptions, as long as it can help them, it is quite worthwhile."
