1 Architectural Profession
Check the setting of electric wells and fire doors in stairwells and water wells and the layout of the main flat lanes of fire protection.
The company strictly implements the material acceptance and review procedures, and inspects all the fire doors to ensure that all permanent nameplates are set up, and the models, specifications and fire resistance can meet the design requirements. The fire general level is set in strict accordance with the construction drawings, and the marking lines of the fire lane, climbing operation site and return site are clear and beautiful.
2 Water supply and drainage majors
The performance test of indoor and outdoor fire hydrants and fire pump rooms was carried out, and the concealed engineering records were checked in detail against the design data.
When the main equipment such as indoor and outdoor fire hydrants, water pumps, fire pump adapters and gate valves enter the site, the project carefully checks the performance index information and product qualification certificate, and makes the construction acceptance record of the concealed project. After the installation is completed, the project conscientiously carries out procedures such as pipeline water flushing, pipeline pressure test test, water pump and other fire-fighting electrical equipment operation test to ensure that the pressure parameters of the fire hydrant meet the standards and the fire-fighting electrical equipment operates stably.
3 Electrical Majors
The performance test of the power distribution system, emergency lighting and evacuation indication system, and automatic fire alarm system of key parts such as roof elevator machine room, strong electric well, elimination control room, diesel generator room, and special substation distribution room.
In order to ensure the stability of fire power supply, the company formulates power distribution plans according to fire protection specifications and design requirements, and strictly controls the selection of materials. Combined with the civil engineering BIM information model, fully find the drawing problems, timely feedback the design, optimize the drawings, use BIM technology to reasonably distribute the location of electrical professional pipelines, deepen the design of complex areas such as strong electric wells and diesel engine rooms, and carry out virtual installation of large-scale equipment such as diesel generators, so as to improve installation efficiency and ensure that it is in place at one time.
4 HVAC Major
Check the installation of fans, residual pressure valves, fire dampers and other equipment in the pressurized fan room, test whether the local start and remote start functions are normal, and measure the installation position and size of the fixed windows and pressurized air outlets in the stairwell.
The company installs fans, residual pressure valves, fire dampers and other equipment in strict accordance with the design documents, and conducts jog tests on the pressurized fans after the installation is completed, including on-site manual jog fans and remote jog fans. Carry out the fan linkage start test to measure the air supply volume of the tuyere on each floor. Measure and inspect the dimensions of fixed windows and openable windows on the floor to ensure that the pressurized air supply and natural air supply meet the acceptance specifications.
