1. Demand analysis

The project is divided into two parts: outpatient building and inpatient building.

Users: The medical staff and patients of the hospital hope that the hospital environment is comfortable, the office and hospitalization are safe and convenient, the service is perfect and timely, and there is a sense of science and technology and security;

Management: Maintenance personnel and security personnel want to be appreciated for easy communication, good feedback, accurate warranty, clear division of labor, and improved service levels.

Second, the design scheme

It is divided into two parts: overall design and subsystem design.

1. Overall design

The overall intelligent system is divided into six parts: infrastructure system, public safety system, equipment operation and maintenance system, medical professional system, computer room engineering, and intelligent system integration.

2. Subsystem design of each part

2.1 Infrastructure Systems

Computer network system, network security system, integrated wiring system, IPTV system, information guidance and release system, queuing and calling system, indoor and outdoor pipe network engineering, wireless intercom system, patrol management system, multimedia conference system

2.1.1 Computer network and network security systems

Computer networks and security systems are divided into four parts:

Integrated wiring internal network - office network integrated wiring external network - connection to Internet equipment network - intelligent network private network - connection to health bureau and medical insurance

The key design part is access-aggregation-core, and the convergence to the core adopts optical fiber dual-link and network security.

2.1.2 Integrated wiring system

The system adopts Category 6 network cable to the desktop; Each ward is equipped with one single-port intranet data wall plug; Doctor/director's office, emergency outpatient clinic, observation room, VIP ward, confinement room, nurse station, etc., set up intranet dual-port information wall plug (1 voice 1 data) + extranet single-port data wall plug; Equipment rooms, such as elevator machine rooms, fire pump rooms, etc., are equipped with intranet dual-port information wall plugs (1 voice and 1 data); The color ultrasound room is equipped with 1 single-port intranet data wall plug + 1 intranet dual-port information wall plug (1 voice and 1 data) + 1 extranet single-port data wall plug + 1 intranet dual-port data wall plug.

2.1.3 IPTV, information guidance and publishing system

The system adopts 6 types of network cables, network architecture; Each ward is equipped with 1 IPTV TV; The front room of the elevator is equipped with 1 information release all-in-one machine; The waiting area is equipped with IPTV TV and information release all-in-one machine, the first floor hall of the outpatient building and the inpatient building is equipped with P2.5 small pitch LED large screen and self-service inquiry all-in-one machine, the outpatient building is equipped with LED large screen and LED strip screen, and the west gate and corridor passage door are equipped with LED strip screen.

2.1.4 Queuing and calling system

The system adopts 6 types of network cables, network architecture; The waiting area is equipped with IPTV TV and self-service check-in machines for follow-up; 1 display screen per consultation room; The outpatient building is equipped with LED large screens and LED strip screens; Window display screens are set up at emergency departments, admission and discharge procedures, charging windows, medicine collection offices, and blood collection offices.

2.1.5 Indoor and outdoor pipe network engineering, wireless intercom, patrol management system

Indoor and outdoor pipe network engineering: a certain amount of redundancy needs to be considered for indoor bridges; The outdoor pipe network needs to consider the information exchange between the north and south buildings and the municipal access route.

Wireless intercom and patrol management: It is convenient for property security personnel and patrol personnel to talk to each other, exchange police information, and provide rapid support.

2.1.6 Multimedia conferencing systems

The large conference room/multi-function hall meets the needs of 8 major uses, such as conference, command, monitoring, display, analysis, report, small report meeting, and performance, and the medium-sized conference room/small conference room meets the 4 major needs of display, analysis, report, and conference. The system adopts a network architecture, including large-screen display, centralized control system, video conference system, sound reinforcement system, wireless video sharing system, conference sign-in system, conference recording and broadcasting system, stage lighting system, and dynamic environment monitoring.

2.2 Public Safety Systems

Panoramic video surveillance system, access control management system, intelligent all-in-one card system, intelligent face pass system, intrusion alarm system, parking lot management system, public address and emergency command system

2.2.1 Panoramic video surveillance system

The system adopts six types of network cables and network architecture; Face recognition cameras are used at the entrances and exits, waiting areas, and internal public corridors of the hospital; Face recognition cameras are used at the entrances and exits of the hospital and the internal public areas; Set up panoramic cameras between the south and north buildings for three-dimensional surveillance; The location monitoring images of special areas such as rescue rooms, nurse stations, ICUs, and operating rooms are stored separately and can be managed separately according to needs.

2.2.2 Access control management system

The system adopts six types of network cables and network architecture; On the first floor of the hospital, face recognition access control is set up at each entrance and exit except for the hall; Elevator machine room, fire pump room and other important equipment rooms are equipped with face recognition access control; Face recognition access control is set up in important areas such as operating rooms, laboratory departments, ICUs, and financial rooms; Special areas such as operating rooms, isolation rooms, radiology testing rooms, oxygen bars, and delivery rooms adopt electric sliding door access control.

2.2.3 Smart all-in-one card, intelligent one-face pass system

Face recognition access control supports card swiping, which can form a card system with attendance and consumption.

2.2.4 Intrusion alarm, parking lot management system

Infrared microwave dual detectors are set up at the entrance and exit on the first floor; A glass breaking detector is set up at the external glass of the hall on the first floor; Emergency help buttons are set up at nurse stations, medicine pick-up offices, and hospital admissions and exits; The alarm information is sent to the monitoring center, which can be linked with the video surveillance system.

The same gate pole is used for entry and exit at the entrance and exit of the hospital ground vehicle.

2.2.5 Public Broadcasting and Emergency Command System

The system adopts a network architecture and is linked to the fire protection system; Control priority emergency broadcasting, voice broadcasting, background music broadcasting; The nurse station is equipped with a paging microphone and a volume adjustment device.

2.3 Equipment operation and maintenance system

Building equipment monitoring system, intelligent lighting system

2.3.1 Building equipment monitoring, intelligent lighting system

Monitor fire pump room, domestic pump room, elevator machine room, air conditioning equipment, etc.

2.3.2 Smart lighting systems

Control lighting facilities such as public lighting, park lighting, and night lighting; The nurse station can be set up with an LCD touch screen for manual control.

2.4 Medical professional systems

Medical intercom system, mobile medical care zero roaming system, wireless WiFi system, video teaching system, telemedicine consultation system, ICU ward visiting system, ward TV sound system, VIP/confinement room intelligent control system, baby anti-theft system, medical equipment monitoring system;

2.4.1 Medical intercom system

The system adopts a network-based architecture; One IP bed extension is set at each bedside in the ward, and a waterproof button is set in the toilet; 1 IP door station is set at the door of each ward; The nurse station is equipped with an intercom host and a display screen; The doctor's office is set up with an intercom host.

2.4.2 Zero roaming, wireless WiFi system for mobile medical care

Mobile medical care is connected to the hospital intranet, and the treatment area and ward area are fully covered; Seamless signal switching enables medical staff to use wireless networks to carry out mobile medical services anytime, anywhere, conveniently and efficiently.

Wireless WiFi is connected to the hospital's external network, and the signal is seamlessly switched, which is convenient for Internet access; It has the function of passenger flow statistics; High-density AP probes are installed in the lobby on the first floor of the inpatient building, the surgical waiting area, the leisure waiting area of the outpatient building, and other personnel concentration areas.

2.4.3 Video teaching, telemedicine consultation, medical equipment monitoring system

Local and remote teach-in is supported.

Communication through the "medical private network" can also be done with the help of the "telemedicine cloud".

It can transmit signals through wired/wireless/4G/5G to remotely check the operating status of medical equipment and deal with fault information in a timely manner.

2.4.4 ICU ward visit, baby anti-theft system

The ICU ward visiting system is connected to the hospital intranet and is set up in the ICU ward area on the sixth floor of the inpatient building, and the ICU ward area adopts a mobile ward extension.

The baby anti-theft system is connected to the external network of the hospital and is set up in the maternity ward of the inpatient building, the 4-storey VIP ward + the integrated home delivery room, and the 5-storey confinement room; Real-time positioning of the baby's position, can form a movement trajectory map, family members can view through the APP.

2.4.5 Ward TV sound, VIP/confinement room intelligent control system

It is set up in VIP/confinement ward to enhance satisfaction and comfort.

2.5 Computer room engineering

Construct a modular information room for hospitals, with intelligent design and intelligent operation and maintenance management.

2.6 Intelligent system integration
