According to reports, the Pinghu Street Party Building Service Center has innovatively launched a working model in which retired cadres serve as the "five old" secretaries to drive the party building in the park. Retired veteran comrades Sun Yousheng, Zeng Haodong, and Fang Weikun respectively served as the "five old" secretaries of the Party Committee of Fumin Park, the Party Committee of Xinmusheng Park, and the Party Committee of Haijixing Park.
