Big data shows that in the latest week, the provinces with the largest export volume of fruits were Yunnan, Sichuan, Guangxi, Xinjiang, Hebei, Shandong, Shaanxi and Hainan.
The southern region has the most new varieties of fruits, and the freight volume of plums and bayberry has more than doubled compared with the same period last year, of which plums in Guangdong and bayberry in Yunnan account for the highest proportion, while the freight volume of pineapples has also increased by nearly half, and more from Guangxi.
There are also a lot of northern fruits sent to the whole country, strawberries and cherries in Shandong and Liaoning, and fragrant pears in Xinjiang have the largest freight volume.

The data also found that many seasonal fruits are "contracted" by characteristic county origins.
In the week before May Day, Dechang County in Sichuan Province sent out more than 1,000 tons of mulberries, and the shipment volume was 10 times that of the second largest district and county; Hanyuan County in Sichuan Province also shipped more than 1,000 tons of loquats, an increase of nearly two times over the same period last year; and Shiping County in Yunnan Province shipped the largest number of bayberry, nearly double that of the same period last year.

According to big data statistics, among the top five destinations in terms of strawberry, cherry, and pineapple receipts, Xinjiang's fruit distribution centers have appeared.
From Hebei, the fruits shipped to Hainan increased the most month-on-month, with peaches, pears and mandarins being the categories with the highest freight volume. It seems that in Xinjiang and Hainan, where fruit products are abundant, fruits from afar are also very popular.
In addition, among the destinations that received the most mangoes, Khorgos in Xinjiang and Manchuria in Inner Mongolia are important ports for China-Europe freight train exports. The more and more perfect transportation system allows fresh fruit to be served to every family's table faster.
The transportation of barbecue ingredients has increased significantly
During the "May Day" holiday, all parts of the country are preparing ingredients for family dinners and tourists to try fresh. According to the data, the ingredients with a high increase in transportation volume can be used to gather a barbecue feast from all directions.
In the past week, the volume of crayfish shipments has skyrocketed by 7.5 times year-on-year, and they have been shipped from Hubei and Hunan to Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other places, and the shipment of beef has increased by more than 50% year-on-year, and more are sent to Zhengzhou, Henan, Zhangye, Gansu, Baoshan, Yunnan and Xining, Qinghai.
In the northwest, mutton is an indispensable barbecue ingredient, and the most are transported to Bayannur in Inner Mongolia and Hami in Xinjiang; the freight volume of oysters has increased by 7% compared with the same period last year, and oysters are produced in Rushan in Weihai, Shandong, with more than 20,000 tons shipped out in the week before the holiday; and the transportation volume of chicken feet has also increased by 30% year-on-year, and the main receiving places are all over Shandong, Hunan, Hebei and Chongqing.
