During the May Day holiday, when most people have embarked on their home and travel trips, there are still countless young people who stick to their posts to protect the safety of citizens. Policewoman Wu Jiarui, because of her vigorous work, fast walking, fast talking, and faster police dispatch, her colleagues affectionately call her a "lightning" small motor. Now, after 7 years of police camp training, Wu Jiarui, who has just passed the year of establishment, has become the backbone of the police duty team of Beijing West Railway Station of the Beijing Railway Public Security Department, and a "female man" who can take charge of her own work.

The police situation is "tricky", and she is not ambiguous

At Beijing West Railway Station, there are frequent incidents of drunk passengers disturbing the order. Under the stimulation of alcohol, drunk passengers often do not act according to common sense, and sometimes male police officers are tired and dazed when dealing with police situations. Wu Jiarui insisted on enforcing the law with temperature when dealing with the police situation, and gnawed hard bones in the face of difficulties.

At 20 o'clock on March 26, when Wu Jiarui was on duty at the south entrance of Beijing West Railway Station, she suddenly received a call from the station staff that a man was full of alcohol and had to check the ticket to enter the station with a train ticket for the next night. After the staff explained repeatedly, the man not only did not listen, but also blocked in front of the entrance gate and made a fuss, affecting other passengers to check in and enter the station.

After receiving the police, Wu Jiarui immediately rushed to the scene to deal with it. After observation, Wu Jiarui found that the man was already drunk, and normal communication with him was no longer effective. After seeing this situation, Wu Jiarui immediately changed her strategy and pointed out that the man must immediately stop breaking into the mouth, and making trouble at the entrance is suspected of violating the law, and if you have any demands, you can go outside the turnstile to talk about it. In the face of the "powerful momentum" of the female policeman, the man was also stunned, and obediently followed Wu Jiarui to leave the turnstile and tell his needs.

Seeing that the man finally quieted down, Wu Jiarui patiently told the man that because there was still one day before he entered the station and waited for the train, according to the relevant railway management regulations, he could not enter the station in advance, and could stay in a nearby hotel for a night, rest steadily, and check the ticket to enter the station 4 hours in advance the next day. After finally explaining clearly, the man agreed to go to a nearby hotel to rest, and did not forget to thank Wu Jiarui when he left.

On April 3, the security personnel of Beijing West Railway Station seized a pair of scissors from a woman's luggage, because the length of the scissors blade had exceeded the carrying standard, and informed the woman on the spot that according to the relevant management regulations of railway security inspection, the scissors are restricted items and cannot be brought into the station. Seeing that the scissors could not be carried, the woman was very excited and made a noise at the security checkpoint, claiming that her scissors were very valuable. After hearing the news, Wu Jiarui dispatched the police in time, and after understanding the situation, she patiently persuaded the woman, and finally asked her friend to come to Beijing West Railway Station to pick up the scissors for safekeeping.

When encountering difficult passengers, she showed "warmth"

On April 17, Wu Jiarui was on night duty in the duty room in front of the police station, and a woman anxiously called the police for help, saying that her 85-year-old grandmother had run away from home with mild Alzheimer's disease and might have come to Beijing West Railway Station alone to take the bus, and the family had not contacted her all day. Considering the old man's illness, Wu Jiarui did not dare to delay for a moment, and immediately investigated the old man's walking trajectory.

After a lot of work, Wu Jiarui found that the old man was moving around during the day, and he went in and out of Beijing West Railway Station about seven or eight times. Subsequently, Wu Jiarui immediately reported to the captain of the police duty team and informed the police to find the old man who had run away. At 23 o'clock in the evening, the police finally found the old man in the third waiting room of Beijing West Railway Station. Led by Wu Jiarui, the lady went to the waiting room to pick up her grandmother. The moment she saw her grandmother, the woman hugged the old man and turned around excitedly, crying and saying, "Finally found!"

At work, in order to better serve passengers, Wu Jiarui not only studied business seriously, but also memorized the bus lines, hospitals, banks, hotels and so on around Beijing West Railway Station. When on duty, she will answer questions from passengers.

On March 1, Wu Jiarui was on duty in the duty room in front of Beijing West Railway Station when she received a consultation from a passenger, asking her to help analyze whether she had encountered a scammer. It is understood that the passenger has indeed suffered from telecom fraud of swiping orders and doing tasks. At that time, the passenger still had a trace of luck, thinking that if he sent the money according to the other party's regulations, his blocked money could be unfrozen. After understanding the passenger's psychology, Wu Jiarui immediately educated him in popularizing the law, and finally stopped the passenger's desire to transfer money.

Diligent and studious, she has become a "generalist" in the post

In the eyes of others, back office work may only be accompanied by seemingly trivial and simple tasks such as words, data, and information, but it is not easy to sort out a clear context in this complex area and do everything in it.

Wu Jiarui, a "post-94" generation, is full of enthusiasm for her work, and she is not only responsible for the team's service work in the police duty team, but also part-time in the team's internal service. When she first started working in the back office, Wu Jiarui's daily complicated work often made her feel pressured. Faced with one job after another, she felt like a spinning top that was spinning rapidly, turning quickly for a moment. Although the work is tedious, she has a spirit of not admitting defeat and the strength to face difficulties. In this way, Wu Jiarui kept learning and learning by doing, and the accumulation of information and knowledge reserves continued to increase, which not only made her more handy at work, but also allowed her to gain the recognition of leaders and colleagues. As long as there is a task in the team, Wu Jiarui will be the first to sign up. She said that there are few young people in the team, so she should learn more, practice more, accumulate experience, and constantly improve her business ability. "Xiao Wu, you can help you print a form. "Jia Rui, this material needs to be reported today, and you are responsible for reporting it. "She always does her best when her colleagues ask for help.
