In order to improve the effectiveness of the construction of the rule of law government of the Xiangshui County Transportation Bureau, it is arranged according to the annual work plan of the city and county. Before May Day, the Policy and Regulation Section of the Bureau deployed a comprehensive inspection of the construction of the rule of law, and from April 29 to 30, it went to the county traffic comprehensive law enforcement brigade, the county transportation development center, the county highway development center, the county port and shipping development center, and the county transportation government service window to conduct on-site inspections.
The inspection work was led by Chen Haifeng, the director in charge, and all members of the bureau's legal department participated, and were carried out by listening to reports, discussing and exchanging, consulting materials, and reviewing case files. Comprehensively gain an in-depth understanding of the actual work of the establishment of the rule of law in each unit under the bureau, promptly discover outstanding problems in the establishment of the rule of law, and listen to opinions and suggestions.
Through the inspection, the construction of the rule of law government of each unit was fully affirmed, and the existing problems and deficiencies were also pointed out, and specific requirements were put forward: First, adhere to the problem orientation. Regarding the problems pointed out by the inspectors, the bureau will give feedback to the relevant units in a timely manner, supervise the rectification within a time limit, and achieve immediate results. The second is to strengthen organizational leadership. Relevant units should attach great importance to rule of law work, persist in governing the country and administering according to law, set up special work groups, and build a systematic, complete, and effective rule of law work mechanism. The third is to strengthen the awareness of the rule of law. Grasp the key minority to build a solid rule of law thinking, integrate rule of law thinking into daily work, achieve a combination of theory and practice, use the law to convince the public, learn and use this "encyclopedia" of law well, and truly use rule of law thinking and rule of law methods to carry out grassroots work.
