They are full of eagerness and excitement, following the glorious footsteps, intending to draw the strength of forging ahead from practice, and inject more vitality and wisdom into rural revitalization and education in mountain townships.
Dawan in April is full of spring and picturesque. The houses of blue bricks and tiles are scattered, and the mountain streams next to the village are murmuring, reflecting the red mountains all over the mountains, competing for wonders and beauty. In the spring breeze, tourists are weaving. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, taste the food, and be lively. On the hill, there is a burst of singing. Tea farmers are skillful, picking dreams and hopes with diligence and wisdom.
After arriving at Dawan Village, the teachers first came to the "Dream Chaser Dawan Exhibition Hall". Through texts, pictures, physical objects and electronic screens, the teachers not only systematically understood the sacrifices and dedication made by the people of Dawan Village in the red era, but also revisited the memory of poverty in Dawan Village, the deep care of the party, the well-off road of Dawan Village, and looked forward to the bright prospects of the future development of Dawan.
From backwardness and isolation to prosperity and beauty, the vicissitudes of the ancient Dawan Village have shown the world a gorgeous picture of getting rich and becoming well-off.
Over the past eight years, the villagers of Dawan have not forgotten the entrustment and expectations of leaders at all levels, and have rolled up their sleeves and worked hard. With the spirit of seizing the day and the determination of a strong man to break his wrist, they have explored a road to get rich with "party building leading, cadres and masses concentric, planting tea on the mountain, and welcoming guests at home", and have written satisfactory answers with practical actions, realizing the beautiful butterfly changes that the world will see.
In 2018, high-quality poverty alleviation was achieved. In 2020, the number of transit passengers reached 350,000, which truly allowed the villagers of Dawan to eat a "tourist meal". On September 27, 2019, Dawan Village was selected into the list of "The First Batch of Beautiful Rural Key Demonstration Villages in 2019" in Anhui Province, on September 9, 2020, it was announced by the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs as China's Beautiful Leisure Mountain Village in 2020, and on February 25, 2021, Dayuan Village was awarded the honorary title of "National Model for Poverty Alleviation". A hundred years of glory, the dream of a well-off; a few wind and rain, beautiful butterfly changes. Now, the clarion call for rural revitalization has been sounded, and on the road of chasing dreams for the second century, the people of Dawan always remember the party's teachings, do not forget the entrustment, continue to move forward, and create a better tomorrow with diligent hands!
After that, the teachers came to the small courtyard of Chen Zeshen's house, which was a very poor household at that time. At that time, the important instruction that "no one should be missing on the well-off road, especially the old area", pointed out the direction for Dawan Village to get rid of poverty and become rich. Today, Chen Zeshen's house and courtyard have become the on-site teaching point and tourist check-in destination of Jinzhai County Cadre College.
In addition to field trips, teachers also participated in special lectures and symposia. In these activities, they shared their practical experience and experience in poverty alleviation through education with rural cadres, poverty alleviation households and tourists, and deeply discussed the development direction and path of education. Through learning and exchanges, teachers not only expanded their educational horizons, but also strengthened their confidence and determination to devote themselves to the cause of education.
At about 1 o'clock in the afternoon, the teachers drove to the horsehair ridge midfield, which was loved by thousands of people, and walked down the trail. In April, the ancient trees in the mountains and forests are towering and luxuriant. Wildflowers are everywhere, yellow, white, and purple, swaying in the wind, dancing, and the beauty is fresh and refined. Halfway up the mountain, there are more and more tourists descending the mountain, and the narrow trail becomes crowded. At this time, I saw the "first waterfall in western Anhui" - Mahong Waterfall, just like a giant dragon out of the sky, flying down the rock on the top of the mountain, falling from a high place, stirring up a dense water mist. There is a majestic momentum of "flying down 3,000 feet, suspected to be the Milky Way falling for nine days".
Leave the waterfall, come to the area full of Yingshan Hong, people walk on the trail, the bright mountain flowers open on the top of the head, forming a natural flower gallery, beautiful, the scene of "Yingshan Hong" is also sung here, After more than an hour of trekking, everyone exhausted their physical strength, came to the north gate, not to say tired, because the harvest is not only a feast for the eyes, but also a trek trip to live up to the spring. Isn't it beautiful to pay five points and gain ten points.
This research activity allowed the teachers of Huashi Experimental School to express their affection for nature, let go of their mood, cultivate their sentiments, and witnessed the great changes brought by the party's poverty alleviation policy to Dawan, and also enhanced their sense of responsibility and mission for education work. The teachers said that they would transform the harvest of this research trip into practical actions and contribute to the revitalization of the countryside and the education in the mountainous areas.
