On April 21, a seminar aimed at promoting the healthy, orderly and innovative development of China's automobile driving industry was successfully concluded in Beijing, the capital of China. The conference was hosted by the Automobile Club Branch of China Automobile Dealers Association, attracting representatives of more than 30 well-known enterprises in the fields of automobile driving, insurance and vocational education from all over the country to discuss key issues such as the current situation of the industry, difficulties, insurance linkage and vocational skills training for drivers.
Among the highlights of the seminar, Anhua Education & Technology Group was awarded the license of "Automobile Substitute Driver Cooperative Training Institution" by the Automobile Club Branch of China Automobile Dealers Association for its professional strength and significant contribution in the field of automobile driver training, which became a major focus of the conference.
At the seminar, Zhang Shili, Secretary General of the Automobile Club Branch of China Automobile Dealers Association, delivered a speech. He reviewed the growth process of the automobile driving industry in mainland China, and especially pointed out that the automobile driving industry has officially become a new profession recognized by the state, which has injected new vitality and development momentum into the industry. Secretary-General Zhang emphasized the decisive role of industry standards for the future development of the field of substitute driving, deeply analyzed the unique development model of the mainland automotive substitute driving industry, and hoped that digital technology will play an important role in the sharing of substitute drivers and the interaction of data between substitute drivers and the insurance field, so as to achieve the diversified and intelligent development of the industry. His speech resonated widely with the participants.
At the meeting, Fang Wen, director of the Automobile Club Branch, put forward the necessity of revising the standard of the "Substitute Driving Service Specification", and encouraged the substitute driving enterprises to actively participate in the formulation of the standard. He then gave a detailed interpretation of the two standards of "Safety Management Requirements for Automobile Driving Services" and "Job Skill Requirements for Automobile Drivers", aiming to guide the industry to move towards a more standardized and professional direction.
As a training institution signed with the Automobile Club Branch, Li Shengbao, the person in charge of Anhua Education & Technology Group, shared the "Introduction to the Training Syllabus, Training Courses, and Assessment Points of Car Substitute Drivers" at the conference. He deeply analyzed the practical function and strategic significance of substitute driver training in improving the service level of the industry, ensuring driving safety and promoting the career development of practitioners, which provided strong support for the systematization and standardization of substitute driver vocational training.
The core session of the conference focused on four major topics. Topic 1 focused on the car driver sharing model, which was agreed that it would help alleviate the shortage of personnel during peak business hours, and called for the establishment of an online sharing mechanism and a reasonable distribution of business revenue. Topic 2 Regarding the professional insurance of car drivers, all parties called on insurance companies to expand insurance coverage, take into account the difference in the value of the vehicles being driven, and set prices flexibly. Cui Zheng, project leader of Shengshi Dalian Online Insurance Agency Co., Ltd., proposed a solution for the deep integration of industry systems, vocational training and insurance services. On topic 3, regarding the sharing of the list of illegal substitute drivers, the participants unanimously agreed to strengthen the entry review from the source, such as requiring applicants to provide a certificate of no criminal record. The fourth topic focused on the vocational training and development of substitute drivers, and the substitute driving companies expressed their great importance to the training work, and put forward specific measures such as graded training and certificate incentives, in order to enhance the overall quality of the industry, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and improve the income of substitute drivers.
At the end of the seminar, Han Fangfang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Automobile Club Branch of China Automobile Dealers Association, officially awarded the license to Anhua Education & Technology Group, marking that its professionalism and authority in the field of car driver training have been highly recognized by the industry.
