In March 2024, 24,980 excavators of various types were sold, a year-on-year decrease of 2.34%, of which 15,188 were domestic, a year-on-year increase of 9.27%, and 9,792 were exported, a year-on-year decrease of 16.2%.
From January to March 2024, a total of 49,964 excavators were sold, down 13.1% year-on-year, including 26,446 domestic units, down 8.26% year-on-year, and 23,518 units exported, down 17.9% year-on-year.
In March 2024, 12 electric excavators (8 units below 6 tons, 1 unit from 10 to 18.5 tons, 1 unit from 18.5 to 28.5 tons, and 2 units above 40 tons) were sold.

In March 2024, 12,324 loaders of various types were sold, a year-on-year decrease of 5.78%. Among them, the domestic market sales volume was 6,629 units, a year-on-year decrease of 15.2%, and the export sales volume was 5,695 units, a year-on-year increase of 8.13%.
From January to March 2024, a total of 26,621 loaders of various types were sold, a year-on-year decrease of 9.09%. Among them, the domestic market sales were 13,136 units, a year-on-year decrease of 16.9%, and the export sales volume was 13,485 units, a year-on-year increase of 0.07%.
In March 2024, 686 electric loaders (1 unit of 3 tons, 586 units of 5 tons, 86 units of 6 tons, 12 units of 7 tons, and 1 unit of 8 tons) were sold.
Motor graders
According to the statistics of major motor grader manufacturers by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, 745 motor graders of various types were sold in March 2024, a year-on-year decrease of 9.26%, of which 137 were domestic, a year-on-year decrease of 0.72%, and 608 units were exported, a year-on-year decrease of 11%.
According to the statistics of major truck crane manufacturers by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, 2,844 truck cranes of various types were sold in March 2024, a year-on-year decrease of 26.6%, of which 1,955 were domestic, a year-on-year decrease of 32.8%, and 889 were exported, a year-on-year decrease of 7.68%.
Crawler cranes
According to the statistics of major crawler crane manufacturers by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, 332 crawler cranes of various types were sold in March 2024, a year-on-year decrease of 9.78%, of which 117 were domestic, a year-on-year decrease of 39.7%, and 215 were exported, a year-on-year increase of 23.6%.
Truck-mounted cranes
According to the statistics of the main truck-mounted crane manufacturers of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, 2,810 truck-mounted cranes of various types were sold in March 2024, a year-on-year decrease of 17.6%, of which 2,363 were domestic, a year-on-year decrease of 18.9%, and 447 were exported, a year-on-year decrease of 10.1%.
Tower cranes
According to the statistics of major tower crane manufacturers by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, 950 tower cranes of various types were sold in March 2024, a year-on-year decrease of 52.5%, of which 786 were domestic, a year-on-year decrease of 58.9%, and 164 were exported, a year-on-year increase of 84.3%.
Industrial vehicles
According to the statistics of major forklift manufacturers by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, 137342 sets of various forklifts were sold in March 2024, a year-on-year increase of 11.6%. Among them, 96,657 units were domestic, a year-on-year increase of 5.19%, and 40,685 units were exported, a year-on-year increase of 30.3%.

According to the statistics of major road roller manufacturers by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, 1,582 rollers of various types were sold in March 2024, a year-on-year decrease of 7.49%, of which 694 were domestic, a year-on-year decrease of 19%, and 888 were exported, a year-on-year increase of 4.1%.
Pavers
According to the statistics of the main paver manufacturers of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, 149 pavers of various types were sold in March 2024, a year-on-year decrease of 2.61%, of which 117 were domestic, a year-on-year decrease of 15.8%, and 32 were exported, a year-on-year increase of 129%.
Lifting work platform
According to the statistics of the main manufacturers of lifting work platforms by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, 20,180 lifting work platforms of various types were sold in March 2024, a year-on-year decrease of 30.3%, of which 11,304 were domestic, a year-on-year decrease of 47.2%, and 8,876 were exported, a year-on-year increase of 17.2%.
Aerial work trucks
According to the statistics of the main manufacturers of aerial work platforms by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, 424 aerial work vehicles of various types were sold in March 2024, a year-on-year decrease of 9.21%, of which 414 were domestic, a year-on-year decrease of 10%, and 10 were exported, a year-on-year increase of 42.9%.
