Whether the hole is tightly closed, whether all kinds of safety protection facilities are inspected and maintained, whether there are cables and wires dragged along the ground, no protection or protection is not in place, and whether one gate controls multiple machines, whether the hot work is approved for approval, combustible and flammable materials are stacked and whether the operators comply with the fire operation procedures, etc., the inspection team shall order the participating units to make changes and do a good job of closed-loop rectification in a timely manner if the site does not meet the requirements of the specification.
The inspection team stressed: "May Day" holiday is approaching, the recent extreme disaster weather is frequent, the construction, construction, supervision units deeply understand the extreme importance of doing a good job in safety production during the holiday, adhere to the people first, life first, always tighten the string of safety production. First, it is necessary to implement the main responsibility of enterprise security, refine and implement security measures, and the person in charge of each project should take responsibility and improve the ability to prevent security risks; Second, it is necessary to do a good job in rectifying potential safety hazards. For the potential safety hazards found in this inspection, rectification measures should be formulated immediately, and the responsible persons and rectification deadlines should be clarified to ensure that the hidden dangers are eliminated in a timely manner; Third, it is necessary to pay close attention to the extreme severe weather warning issued by the meteorological department, strengthen the duty during the festival, strictly implement the project leader with shifts, the 24-hour duty system for key positions and the safety information reporting system, and timely grasp the safety production dynamics.
