In order to fully expand medical resources, improve the level of medical services, and enhance patients' medical experience, Jinshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University has taken the lead in building and opening two smart wards integrating intelligence, convenience and safety through the introduction of a series of "high-tech equipment", which have been well received by doctors and patients.
Recently, in the thoracic surgery ward of Jinshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, a small cart accompanied the ward rounds of the doctor on duty. The display screen clearly displays important information such as the patient's name, basic information, and allergy history, so that the medical staff can quickly understand the basic situation of the patient and lay a solid foundation for the next treatment.

In the past, we had to wait until the end of the ward inspection before we could open the examination form, and sometimes once there were more patients, there would be a situation where the examination was missed. Now, we can open some checklists at the bedside, and we can see the results of the patient's examination directly.
In addition, through a series of "high-tech devices" such as wearable devices, medical and nursing intelligent sign monitoring, infusion monitoring, and medical intercom systems, the comfort and sense of security of patients have been greatly improved.

With these "high-tech devices", all of our nurses' work is centralized, and the time saved can be used to provide better care to patients and improve the patient experience.
The emergence of the smart ward of Jinshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University not only represents the innovation and development of medical technology, but also demonstrates the hospital's deep concern for patient experience. Through intelligent, convenient and safe medical services, smart wards have brought unprecedented medical experience to patients.

In the future, we can promote the development of nursing information through smart hospitals, smart wards, electronic information construction, etc., and actively innovate nursing service models.
