On April 10th, all the fourth-grade students of Fenghui Road Primary School in Lianhu District, Xi'an City, ushered in a happy journey to explore the ocean with great joy, and we came to Huaxia Cultural Tourism Ocean Park together. Walk into Huaxia Cultural Tourism Ocean Park and experience the research and travel activities with the theme of "Fenghui Ocean Dream Students' Silk Road Love". We study on campus and walk in life, and the study trip realizes the perfect combination of reading and walking. With our bags on our backs and instructions on our backs, we set off!
At the Huaxia Aquarium, students were pleased to learn about jellyfish, seals, penguins, seahorses, sea lions and other marine creatures, and learned about the characteristics and living habits of these marine creatures. I also watched the cetacean show in Dream Dolphin Bay to perceive the harmonious coexistence between marine animals and humans.
To create a truly immersive cultural experience, the counselor will tell the students about the unique local culture and folk customs, so that the students can feel the great charm of the Maritime Silk Road with their feet.
The students then walked into the Huaxia Cultural Tourism Grand Theater to comprehend the great imagination of the "Belt and Road" in an immersive way, witness the glory of the Tang Dynasty, listen to the echoes of the Chinese millennium, and watch the live performance "The Legend of the Camel Bell". The ups and downs of the performance brought a shocking audio-visual feast to the students, passing through the heroic and vast desert sand, listening to the crispness and mystery of the camel bells on the Silk Road, and tasting the exotic customs. The most immersive live stage was used to lead students to re-walk the Silk Road.
After a day of intensive and rich research activities, the children combined knowledge with practice and cultivated comprehensive ability. In the mode of self-directed learning and inquiry, it increases students' enthusiasm and interest in learning, promotes educational innovation, and also reflects the student-centered teaching model of Fenghui Road Primary School.
