The Fengpu Street Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team conscientiously implements the relevant requirements on promoting city appearance and environmental sanitation, ecological environment governance, and construction site management, actively responds to the notice of special law enforcement actions on construction sites, and earnestly does a good job in the green, civilized and safe construction law enforcement and inspection of all construction sites under construction in the jurisdiction through multiple inspections, diligent management, strong publicity and strict law enforcement. Up to now, a total of 12 cases related to civilized construction and muck transportation have been investigated and punished, and 7 potential safety hazards have been rectified.
The squadron went deep into the construction sites to conduct comprehensive law enforcement inspections on the dust prevention measures, dust net covering, vehicle washing, construction waste removal, construction enclosure setting, noise pollution, etc., and resolutely filed cases for investigation and punishment of illegal acts found in the inspection.
The squadron adjusted the service mode, carried out road checkpoints at noon and night hours, and promptly inspected and investigated illegal acts such as unsealed, leakage and spillage, and failure to obtain transportation permits for construction waste transportation vehicles.
Recently, there have been frequent safety accidents in various places, which has sounded the alarm for safety production. In the course of law enforcement inspections, the squadron ordered the person in charge of the relevant construction site to immediately rectify the fire protection facilities found to be in place, the fence was not reinforced, the road surface was slippery, and various potential safety hazards.
Next, the squadron will continue to promote special law enforcement actions at construction sites, increase the frequency of inspections, increase law enforcement inspections, continuously improve the effectiveness of governance, and make every effort to eliminate all kinds of environmental pollution and potential safety hazards.
