The state-controlled point of Nanxiang Town on Jinmai Road (state-controlled automatic monitoring station of ambient air quality) is one of the four ambient air quality evaluation stations in Jiading District. Lu Fangzhou came to the site to inquire and understand in detail the geographical location, surrounding conditions, establishment time, site selection basis and monitoring function of the site. Lu Fangzhou pointed out that the national control point is an important place for real-time monitoring of regional air pollutants at the national level, and can also timely and objectively reflect the air quality of Jiading and surrounding areas. It is necessary to comprehensively strengthen the supervision of the surrounding environment of the national control points, continuously optimize and pay attention to the creation of the micro-environment around the national control points, and effectively improve the vegetation coverage rate. At the same time, it is necessary to increase the supervision of all kinds of construction sites in the whole region, improve the cleaning of surrounding roads, strictly investigate problems such as road dust and illegal fireworks and firecrackers, improve control standards, establish a normalized communication mechanism with the surrounding areas, deepen cooperation in air pollution prevention and control through regional party building and joint construction, continue to improve the quality of the atmospheric environment, and continuously improve the happiness and satisfaction of the people.
According to reports, in order to more comprehensively reflect the overall air quality status of Jiading District, Jiading District built a new Nanxiang national control point in the southeast region in 2017, filling the gap of no air automatic station in the southeast region. Since the "13th Five-Year Plan", the air quality of the whole region has continued to improve, and the excellent rate of AQI (air quality index) of ambient air in Nanxiang national control points from 2021 to 2023 is between 85.2% and 88.5%.
