Kingsoft released WPS 365, opening a one-stop AI office for enterprises

Zhang Qingyuan, CEO of Kingsoft Office, said that WPS 365 comprehensively covers the basic needs of an organization's daily office, from document creation to instant messaging (IM), meetings, emails, and then to AI applications, marking the official upgrade of a document processing suite to a one-stop AI office, allowing enterprise productivity to take off immediately.
At the press conference, it was demonstrated that the local document can be switched out of the online collaboration function with one click, become a collaborative document, and invite others to participate in the editing. After the collaboration is complete, you can choose to turn it off, and the collaborative document will be restored to a local document for seamless switching. The latest version of WPS Office also has built-in artificial intelligence applications with large language model capabilities, such as WPS AI, which provides users with functions such as expansion, abbreviation, summarization, and formula generation.
