If the growth rate of the total retail sales scale of social consumer goods above designated size of commercial carriers in 2023 is higher than the average growth rate of the total retail sales of social consumer goods in the city in that year, the operators of commercial carrier projects will be given financial support according to 50% of the total amount of incentive funds for the innovation and development of the municipal consumer market obtained by the settled enterprises, with a maximum of 200,000 yuan. The above awards cannot be applied for repeatedly.

(2) Incentives for the development of original brands

For those who are newly awarded the titles of "China Time-honored Brand" and "Shanghai Time-honored Brand" in 2023, a one-time reward of 800,000 yuan and 300,000 yuan will be given to the brand party respectively. For those who are newly awarded the title of "Shanghai's First Economic Leading Brand" in 2023, a one-time reward of 100,000 yuan will be given to the enterprise.
