As a grassroots CPPCC, we must continue to anchor the responsibilities and positioning of the committee members' studios, give full play to the main role of the members, and continue to promote the in-depth development of the construction of the committee members' studios.
Strengthen top-level design and improve institutional mechanisms. Strengthening the work of CPPCC members in connecting with the masses in various sectors is of important and far-reaching significance for developing whole-process people's democracy, giving play to the role of the CPPCC as a special consultative body, and condensing the wisdom and strength of all sectors of society to the central task of the Party in the new era and new journey. Keeping in touch with the masses in various sectors is a fine tradition and consistent working method of the CPPCC, and it is the proper meaning of CPPCC members in performing their duties. As a grassroots CPPCC, we should attach great importance to the work of CPPCC members to connect with the masses, accurately grasp the nature and positioning of the CPPCC, conduct in-depth investigation and research, and build a platform for CPPCC members to contact the masses. Improve the political position, clarify the responsibilities and positioning, activity content, main types, formation procedures, and exit mechanisms of the committee members' work room from the institutional level, and effectively improve the institutionalization and standardization level of the work of committee members in contact with the masses in the sector. Give full play to the advantages of strong representation of the member sector, establish a committee work room through various forms, shift the focus of the committee members' performance of their duties forward, clearly show the identity of the committee members, and actively contact the masses of the sector to build a new carrier, so that the work of committee members to contact the masses of the sector is more tangible and effective.
Actively explore practice and standardize construction and operation.
