On April 1, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued an announcement on the approval of the third batch of construction enterprise qualification lists in 2024, of which 4 construction enterprises were "upgraded" and 7 supervision enterprises were upgraded to comprehensive qualifications.
The attached text is as follows:
In accordance with the "Construction Law of the People's Republic of China" and the relevant regulations on the management of construction enterprise qualifications, the list of units approved by our Ministry for engineering survey qualifications, engineering design qualifications, construction enterprise qualifications, and engineering supervision enterprise qualifications (the third batch in 2024) is hereby announced. Units that have not been approved can log in to the government service portal of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and click on the column of "Inquiry on the progress of application matters (inquiry on acceptance and issuance of certificates)" to inquire about the reason.
The announcement is hereby made.
