But it has also come to India's bitterness. China's photovoltaic products are unshakable in the world, among them, China's silicon panel production has reached more than ninety percent of the world's total output value. In fact, in India, more than 80% of photovoltaic products and components come from China, so India's approach to weakening Chinese photovoltaic products is actually unwise.
A study points to India's predicament, with new solar installations falling by 19% from January to June last year compared to 2022.

The Indian market used to be a major market for China's photovoltaic product sales, and once sat in the second place in China's photovoltaic product exports.
But now, under India's repressive policies, China is clearly ready to abandon this once large market.
China's exported photovoltaic products actually have a wide range of markets abroad, after all, the technology and quality are there, and the sales volume is not worried.
What about India, which is clamoring for a confrontation with China? In fact, the situation does not allow for optimism. Due to the limitations of the technical level and the emergence of small factories and small workshops, in fact, the product quality of India's photovoltaic industry has been unstable, and compared with China's large-scale factories and assembly line operations, India's photovoltaic products are more expensive, so the quotation is higher than China's.
Therefore, in the international market, China's photovoltaic products are still more popular than India's, and India's suppression of China has not hurt China's photovoltaic industry in the slightest.
China's provocation against India has actually been able to face it calmly, because the trade war between China and India actually occurs occasionally, and China, as the most vocal among developing countries, is benchmarked as a competitor by India, which is actually a side manifestation of China's strength.
