Focusing on planning and guidance, the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of a National Cultural Export Base in Dongcheng District, Beijing (2021-2025)" was launched, and policy innovation was stolen to seize the opportunity of the construction of the "two districts" to provide a "green channel" for the review of 46 film and television production companies in Dongcheng District that have been registered in Beijing Service: Support Guardian Art Center to use the fast customs clearance support system for artworks in special customs supervision areas, so that the same batch of artworks can be used multiple times in customs clearance with the approval documents issued by the provincial cultural department, and extend the guarantee period for the international high-end art exhibits out of the bonded zone from 6 months to 2 years, which greatly saves the time and operating costs of enterprises.
