Heaven and earth are heroic, and the autumn is still awe-inspiring. On April 2, the General Party Branch of the Shuocheng District People's Procuratorate organized all party members and police officers to go to the Saibei Revolutionary Memorial Hall to carry out the party day activities with the theme of sweeping heroes and martyrs on the Qingming Festival, remembering the revolutionary martyrs and inheriting the red gene.
In the early morning of the Saibei Revolutionary Memorial Hall, the green and straight pines and cypresses reflect the immortal names of the martyrs, and the tall and majestic martyrs' monuments reflect the magnificent bodies of the martyrs. The procuratorial cadres and policemen lined up in a neat line, bowed in silence, and expressed their deep condolences to the revolutionary martyrs.
In front of the Martyrs' Monument, under the leadership of Comrade Ji Wenxiang, Secretary of the General Party Branch, the cadres and policemen raised their right fists, faced the bright red party flag, and reviewed the oath of joining the party.
Comrade Ma Zhidong, deputy secretary of the party group and deputy procurator general, presented a flower basket on behalf of all the cadres and police, and the cadres and policemen bowed deeply and presented flowers, expressing infinite sorrow and reverence.
Subsequently, the police officers visited the Saibei Martyrs Memorial Hall. By listening to the narrator's narration, looking at the martyrs' relics and historical photos displayed in the memorial hall, learning about the heroic deeds of the martyrs, and reliving the eventful years of that arduous struggle.
The police officers were infected by the spirit of the martyrs and were shocked by their faith. Everyone expressed that they should inherit and carry forward the heroic spirit of the martyrs, based on their job responsibilities, actively participate in the great practice of procuratorial work in the new era, and contribute to the high-quality development of procuratorial work with practical actions.
