In order to further implement the requirements of the provincial corps' "361" two-wheel and one-core drive project, in accordance with the spirit of the provincial corps's "Guiding Opinions on the Implementation of the "361" Two-wheel and One-Nuclear Drive Project, combined with the content of the "361" two-wheel and one-core drive project in the northern cooperation zone of social fire technical service spot checks and fire product quality supervision work plan, the northern cooperation zone relies on the corps to eliminate the problem and carry out a two-day "361" social fire technical services and fire protection products joint inspection.
On the afternoon of April 1, the working groups of Datong, Shuozhou, and Xinzhou went to the corresponding detachments to carry out joint inspections in accordance with the established plans and plans. Each working group first held a meeting to interpret the "361" two-wheel and one-nuclear drive project in the northern cooperation area of social fire technical service spot check, fire product quality supervision work plan, and the cross-inspection time, inspection form, inspection content and work requirements were clarified and deployed again. Subsequently, each working group randomly selected 1 law enforcement file for social fire protection technical services and fire protection products, and evaluated the online entry of law enforcement information, the online circulation of law enforcement matters, the online approval of law enforcement documents, the production of case files, law enforcement video records, law enforcement quality, and whether the online and paper files are consistent.
On April 2, the working group and the territorial detachment have gone deep into 12 social units, during the inspection, in strict accordance with the "Fire Protection Law", "Social Fire Technical Service Management Regulations", "Fire Protection Product Supervision and Management Regulations" and other relevant content, check the relevant account information, focusing on whether the fire technical service institutions in accordance with national standards, industry standards to carry out fire technical service activities, whether to issue false and untrue documents for on-site inspection; Filtering fire self-rescue breathing apparatus, fire extinguishers, fire emergency lamps, fire doors and other fire-fighting products were judged on the spot, and law enforcement return visits were made to whether the staff of fire rescue agencies had problems such as "micro-corruption" in fire law enforcement through questionnaires. In response to the problems found in the inspection, each working group has made a "Fire Administrative Law Enforcement Return Visit Form", "Case Spot Check Record Form" and "Problem List Transfer Form", and handed them over to the territorial detachment.
During the inspection, each working group has emphasized the requirements for the person in charge of the social unit to strictly implement the main responsibility, strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations, enhance the awareness of fire safety, select qualified fire protection products that meet the market access, and strictly ensure the quality of fire protection products.
After the joint inspection, the northern cooperation area of the "361" project organized a video conference in a timely manner to give feedback and exchange on the problems found in the inspection, discuss the highlights and shortcomings of the work, and plan the future direction of work.
The joint inspection and research and judgment meeting is a powerful measure to promote the implementation of the "361 Project", which has played an important role in strengthening the exchange and cooperation and mutual integration of the northern cooperation area of the "361" Project, as well as strengthening the northern fire technical service institutions, registered fire engineers, and fire product quality supervision.
