On the morning of March 22, the embankment of the 11th and 12th groups of Nangou and Beigou in Dongwan Village, Baoan Town, Luonan County, was crowded with people and was very lively, adding a few different colors to this quiet and vast ravine.
It is understood that the south ditch and north ditch of Dongwan Village, Baoan Town, belong to the upstream tributaries of the Wenyu River, and belong to the typical mountainous village group of eight mountains, one water and one field.
Under the leadership of the party committee and government of Baoan Town, Liu Gang, a cadre of Bao Village, organized four teams of Dongwan Village to mobilize more than 80 cadres and masses to seize the favorable opportunity of spring to plant willow trees on both sides of the embankment and ditch of the south and north Ergou rivers and along the cement road.
