The Jiangyue Orchid Garden in Nanjing's Pukou Economic Development Zone was delivered at the end of last year. The community is only about four or five hundred meters away from the subway entrance, which is theoretically convenient for transportation. But on the way from the community to the subway station, there are two cement walls. Mr. Liu, the owner of the community, said that he moved into his new home shortly after the house was delivered. He soon discovered that there was a cement wall about one person high on Duying Road and Qingliu Road near the community, blocking the way to the Lanhuatang subway station.

I can't help it, I have to catch the subway in the morning, and I don't want to go too far, so I have to climb over the wall, and if I go around from the west, I will walk for at least ten minutes more.
Now that the roads have been repaired and various transportation facilities have been improved, why block the roads with concrete walls?
After contact, Mr. Chen, the person in charge of Nanjing Metro Town Development and Construction Group Co., Ltd., the construction party of the road, came to the scene, and he admitted that the two roads have not yet passed the acceptance, and the road was closed for safety reasons.

It's our company that seals it, and if the opening is made and residents are allowed to enter and exit, the safety will be affected, and we have no way to take the risk. "No climbing" has been written on the wall, and a reminder has been made not to allow everyone to climb.
Mr. Chen said that although the civil works of the road were completed last year, since the installation of safety facilities such as traffic lights was only recently completed, it needs to be put into trial operation for a period of time, and it can only be opened to residents after the acceptance by the traffic management department.

After the Chinese New Year, the transportation facilities will begin to be installed, and it will be put into trial operation for three months, and at the latest at the end of May, when the trial operation is over, will be ready to open the road for residents.
