In the face of the owners' doubts and dissatisfaction with the quality of the community, the property said that in mid-March this year, it had applied for a grant of 4.2 million yuan through multi-party coordination, and said that the 4.2 million yuan applied for this time would be used for maintenance and rectification. According to the person in charge of the property, the owner can make a list of problems so that he can tell a clear time for rectification and repair. Some times may not be given immediately due to the need to confirm with the real estate, construction unit, and maintenance unit.
