The renderings of the second phase of the Ant Headquarters project have been exposed, and at first glance it is a huge ring, and for some reason the headquarters of well-known technology companies have a soft spot for the ring, such as Apple Park, the headquarters building of Apple

At present, the construction of the second phase of Ant Headquarters has begun and is expected to be put into use in 2027
In the midst of technology and green environment in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, Ant Group's headquarters Phase II project not only showcases the architectural aesthetics of the future, but also demonstrates its commitment to sustainable development. The project is not only unique in design, but also sets new standards in terms of technology and environmental protection.
The second phase of Ant Group's headquarters project covers an area of about 104,200 square meters, with a total construction area of about 265,000 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 135,000 square meters and the underground part is about 129,000 square meters. The design plot ratio is 1.3, the building density is 45%, and the green space rate is as high as 25%, showing the high importance of green space.
Ant Group Headquarters Phase II is located in the heart of Hangzhou, just 500 meters from Gudun Road Station of Metro Line 2, providing excellent connectivity to the rest of the city. In addition, the surrounding industries are dense, and it is adjacent to Xixi Road to the north and adjacent to multiple commercial facilities, providing good business cooperation opportunities.
The design of the project includes a circular visitor center and three-storey office towers, each equipped with photovoltaic panels on the roof, reflecting the use of renewable energy. In particular, the Visitor Center, with a diameter of 104 meters and a height of 15 meters, has a modern and technological appearance that becomes the visual focal point of the entire campus.
All buildings are designed with the principles of efficient energy use and eco-friendliness in mind. The greening of the roof and the use of photovoltaic panels not only optimize energy consumption, but also increase the ecological value of the building. In addition, the project encourages the development and utilization of underground space and connects with the surrounding plots, improving the efficiency of space use and reducing the occupation of the natural environment on the ground.
Ant Group's second phase of its headquarters is not only a workplace, but also a model that showcases the combination of modern architectural design and green technology. With the further development of the project, it is expected to become a benchmark for sustainable development of science and technology and environment in Hangzhou and even the whole country.
This project will further strengthen Ant Group's position as a technology leader, and will also add a new landmark to Hangzhou, promoting the harmonious development of the regional economy and ecology.
