Toyota Yaris has evolved into its fourth generation and has achieved huge sales. Launched in 2020 and voted the 2021 Model of the Year, the fourth-generation Toyota Yaris is more compact and sportier than in the past, with no longer just a focus on practicality and versatility. More focus on technology, efficiency and driving feel. The 2024 Toyota Yaris MY24 isn't just a cosmetic update, it also gets some important upgrades, with a new 130-horsepower engine and a new instrument screen.
The Toyota Yaris 2024 offers three powertrains (including the sporty GR Yaris with 261 horsepower, all-wheel drive), and in either case, it's very light, nimble, and equipped with excellent technical gear. The best-selling is of course the Toyota Yaris Hybrid, which further elevates the previously beloved version. The new Yaris Hybrid is lighter, more enjoyable to drive, consumes less fuel, and sells better. So, with the 2024 update, the Toyota Yaris has launched a hybrid version, which is now available in two power levels, a traditional 1.5-liter 116-horsepower version and a new, more powerful 130-horsepower version.
The Toyota Yaris 2024 is competing with the likes of the Renault Clio E-Tech and the already launched Mitsubishi Colt, as well as the upcoming Peugeot 208 hybrid model this year and the highly anticipated MG 3, both of which are equipped with new self-charging hybrid technology.
