Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources issued the "Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Equipment for a New Round of Strategic Action for Prospecting Breakthroughs" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"), proposing to actively promote green exploration work, solve the problems of urgently needed key technical equipment, accelerate the construction of a modern equipment system that coordinates ecological environmental protection and prospecting breakthroughs, and realize the combination of high-quality development of prospecting breakthroughs and high-level protection of the ecological environment, so as to provide strong support for ensuring the security of national energy resources.
Equipment construction is an important driving force for a new round of strategic action for prospecting breakthroughs. At present, the existing level of prospecting equipment in the mainland is difficult to meet the new needs of prospecting work, and it is difficult to support the comprehensive promotion of green exploration. The "Opinions" clearly strengthen the construction of prospecting equipment in two stages.
By 2027, we will establish a mechanism for upgrading, R&D, promotion and replacement of prospecting equipment, install green exploration equipment such as modular drilling rigs and aerial geophysical prospecting, and make breakthroughs in a number of key equipment such as hyperspectral, sensors and comprehensive data analysis and processing software, build 5~8 green exploration demonstration projects in different scenarios, cultivate a number of prospecting technology and equipment innovation centers, form 1~2 prospecting equipment pilot bases, nurture and develop a new ecology of prospecting equipment industry, and build a "starry sky, ground and sea well" A modern green exploration equipment system and a modern field condition guarantee system.
By 2035, a modern green exploration technology and equipment system of "starry sky, ground and sea wells" will be built, the conditions for field operations and the degree of safety guarantee will be fundamentally improved, and the overall equipment level will reach the international first-class level. The level of intelligence, integration and digitalization of equipment has been significantly improved, showing the characteristics of green exploration such as high equipment application efficiency, less land occupation, less pollution and less disturbance, helping the strategic action of prospecting breakthrough to achieve a major breakthrough.
The "Opinions" deploy three key tasks. In terms of upgrading, R&D, promotion and replacement of prospecting equipment, it is necessary to fully revitalize the existing instruments and equipment, strengthen technological transformation and upgrading, and promote the development of traditional technology and equipment in the direction of lightness, efficiency and intelligence; Equipment that is cumbersome and difficult to relocate, has large environmental disturbances, has a low degree of automation, and has high potential safety hazards, and accelerates the update and iteration of technical equipment.
In terms of strengthening the construction and application of green exploration equipment, it is necessary to focus on the green exploration needs of different scenarios such as desert Gobi, grassland wetlands, forest cover areas, intertidal tidal flats, etc., promote mature self-developed technology and equipment according to the technical requirements of exploration in high-altitude and deep-cutting areas, promote the upgrading of the whole chain of technology and equipment, and build demonstration projects for green exploration technology and equipment in typical scenarios; A serialized innovation platform for the whole chain of the technical equipment industry, including application demonstration and improvement, and guide and encourage geological exploration units, mining enterprises and other prospecting entities to accelerate the improvement of the installation rate of green equipment.
In terms of promoting the industrialization of exploration equipment, it is necessary to promote the collaborative innovation of production, education, research and application, strengthen the guidance of strategic needs and the main position of enterprise innovation, support specialized and special new enterprises, strengthen the strength of the exploration equipment industry, and develop new geological exploration productivity; Inspection and other public services, greatly reduce the cost of R&D and engineering, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, promote the deep integration of the industrial chain innovation chain, promote the implementation of the first (set) policy, and promote the advanced, green, efficient and applicable independent research and development of prospecting equipment into the national major technical equipment promotion and application oriented catalog.
