In the process, the city determined the scope of the pre-designated registration unit according to the latest coastline repair and survey results, obtained the natural status and ownership status of the registration unit, and the information related to real estate registration, ecological protection red line, land and space planning and use through internal collection and information extraction, and formed the preliminary investigation results. The technical unit will sort out the final survey results in accordance with the specifications and complete the construction of the natural resources cadastral survey database. The registration determines that the registration unit area of Mikawa Island is 2.29 hectares, and it is clear that all kinds of natural resources on Mikawa Island are owned by the state.
In the work of confirming and registering the rights of Sanhe Island, Tianjin comprehensively used remote sensing technology such as oblique photography to obtain multi-source 3D geographic information elements, formed more than 1,400 plane coordinates and elevation data of geomorphological feature points, and stored them in the database, and formed the boundary table of the results of the 3D registration unit, the thematic map of the digital triangulation network and elevation data of Sanhe Island, the digital elevation contour of Sanhe Island and the 3D thematic map of the real scene of Sanhe Island.

Through a series of measures such as integrating data, standardizing standards, improving systems, and innovating services, Xingtai has solved the problems left over from the history of forest rights as a whole, and completed a total of 2,058 forest rights real estate registrations, covering an area of 1,836,300 mu. Among them, 1,964 cases of forest rights were registered for the first time, involving an area of 763,200 mu, 5 cases of forest right transfer registration were handled, involving an area of 9,400 mu, and 89 cases of forest right mortgage registration were handled, involving an area of 1,063,600 mu, with a mortgage amount of 666 million yuan.

During the investigation of rights confirmation, the staff traveled all over the Wulong River Basin, collected and processed more than 60 gigabytes of electronic archives, formed more than 1,000 pages of paper files, compiled 16 working base maps, pre-zoned registration units, surveyed about 17 square kilometers of ownership status, conducted more than 100 supplementary surveys on the spot, made more than 180 process drawings, and coordinated and docked more than 10 municipal departments and districts and cities involved in the Wulong River Basin. After the right confirmation and registration, the river with ecological value will be accurately landed in the land space as the object of registration. This not only clarifies the background of natural resources in the Wulong River Basin, straightens out the review criteria for the confirmation of natural resource rights of water flow resources, but also clearly defines the property rights of various natural resource assets in the ecological space, provides basic support and property rights protection for clarifying rights and responsibilities, effective supervision, strict protection and the exercise of owners' rights and interests, and provides a reference case for further exploration of water flow resource confirmation registration and data review.
