In the warm applause, Zhang Zhongping, flag chief of the Flag People's Government, made a report on the work of the government to the meeting on behalf of the flag government. Zhang Zhongping said that 2023 is the first year to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and it is also a key year for Hangjinqi to fight a good turnaround. Zhang Zhongping said that in the past year, every day of struggle in Hangjin has been unforgettable, every step taken has been sonorous and powerful, and every progress has been precious. Zhang Zhongping said that 2024 is the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and a key year for the implementation of the 14th Five-Year Plan in Hangzhou. In the report, Zhang Zhongping put forward the main expected goals for economic and social development in 2024: regional GDP growth of about 6%, fixed asset investment growth of more than 30%, total retail sales of consumer goods growth of about 7%, local fiscal revenue growth of more than 17%, per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents and economic growth basically synchronized, and the completion of energy conservation and emission reduction targets and tasks issued by the superiors.
