Li Wenkui, male, born in 1951, from Jinzhou City, Hebei Province, has a university culture, a senior middle school teacher, and has served as the teaching director, vice principal, and party branch secretary of Jinzhou Vocational and Technical Middle School. He was named as a teaching expert by the Jinzhou Municipal Government, won the third prize of the Excellent Vocational Education Paper of the Hebei Provincial Department of Education, and the second-class merit of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Government.

At present, he is an academician of Songhan Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, a member of Shijiazhuang Calligraphy Association, a member of the Chinese Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, and a member of the China Couplet Association.
