Twenty years ago, he did not hesitate to pack his bags and go south to work; 20 years later, he returned to his hometown with a dream to set up a factory and lead his fellow villagers to work and become well-off. He is Li Wenwu, deputy to the People's Congress of Yicheng District and general manager of Zhumadian Fengcaixin Toy Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
On March 25th, in the exhibition hall of Zhumadian Fengcaixin Toy Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Hezhuang Village, Qiaozui Village Committee, Banqiao Town, Yicheng District, all kinds of exquisitely made and cute plush toys filled the entire exhibition hall.
Li Wenwu, as the founder of Fengcaixin Toy Manufacturing Co., Ltd., has devoted all his efforts to plush toys, and picked up every plush toy as a treasure.
Li Wenwu enlisted in the army after graduating from high school in 1988, and his three-year military career made him, a "mountain baby" who had never seen the world, develop a tenacious, confident, persistent, and straightforward character. After returning home from demobilization, unwilling to be mediocre, he decisively packed his bags and went south to Shenzhen and began his part-time career.
"In 1992, after transferring from the army, I went to Shenzhen to work, it was very difficult at that time, I changed a lot of positions, and after several years of hard work, I finally started a business in Shenzhen to make plush toys. Li Wenwu said.
After having experience and funds, Li Wenwu wanted to return to his hometown to start a business, so that the villagers could not only earn money but also take care of their families. After many preparations, in 2015, Li Wenwu built the first factory in his hometown Hezhuang Village, and registered and established Zhumadian Fengcaixin Toy Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The following year, he moved all the companies in Shenzhen back to his hometown.
After moving back to his hometown, the company's business continued to expand, the scale of production continued to expand, from the original small handicraft workshop with only a dozen workers to the existing staff of more than 500 large-scale enterprises, built directly under the infant toy manufacturing factory 2, with 8 processing points, placed more than 300 left-behind women to work and start a business at the doorstep.
Chao Chunxia, a technician of the company, said that she came from the establishment of the factory, is a workshop lathe, after a few years of exercise, she is responsible for designing paper patterns, and thanks to the company for giving her a chance to grow.
