Jellyfish, also known as jellyfish, are rich in protein, carbohydrates, calcium, iodine, and a variety of vitamins. 1. Soak jellyfish
Whether it is jellyfish head, jellyfish skin or jellyfish silk, soak thoroughly for 10-12 hours before eating. Before soaking, the jellyfish is washed several times, then add enough water, soak for 10 to 12 hours, and then wash and change the water twice in the middle of the soak.

2, scalding jellyfish
Soak the jellyfish, cut into small pieces, put into 80% hot water, blanch in seconds, and then quickly fish out, put it in cool water for a while, fish out the control water, cut into small pieces and set aside.
Note that if the water temperature is too high, or if it burns for too long, jellyfish will shrink and harden, affecting nutrition and taste. Jellyfish should not be cut too small, as they will shrink when they are hot.

This cold jellyfish, I used cucumbers and carrots, cut into oval slices, simply arranged around the plate in a circle, jellyfish in the middle, garnished with a little coriander, simple and beautiful.
【Sauce making】
Coleslaw jellyfish commonly used in the sauce group: garlic paste, very fresh soy sauce, salt, sugar, rice vinegar (or old vinegar), sesame oil, like to eat spicy, put some chili oil more fragrant.
