As of the end of November 2023, the Criminal Investigation Corps of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau organized various sub-bureaus to carry out a centralized network collection operation against 14 suspects, and preliminarily verified more than 560 cases involving 50,000 yuan. At present, Deng Moumou and others have been criminally detained by the Beijing police on suspicion of extortion and fraud, and the case is under further investigation.
