Among them, 1 from Sichuan was selected, and Shuanghe Village, Hongxing Town, Mingshan District, Ya'an City, was on the list.
Founded in 2014 by the Confucius Foundation of China, the Confucius Institute has been approved by 3,227 Confucius Institutes, covering 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions and 17 countries and regions. The school is a public welfare social education base with the main content of "learning calligraphy and painting, reading classics, telling stories, promoting rituals and music, worshipping sages, holding festivals, advocating folk customs, doing public welfare, heirloom, evaluating the advanced, setting an example, and establishing faith", with the main goal of cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism and promoting the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and with the purpose of "writing good words, reading good books, and being a good person".
In recent years, Shuanghe Village, Hongxing Town, Mingshan District, has made great efforts to create a strong Confucian cultural atmosphere, and vigorously inherited and carried forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture represented by Confucian culture. In June 2019, with the strong support of the former Shuanghe Township Party Committee and Government of Mingshan District, the "Tieshan Library" was initiated by retired teacher Xiang Jiafu and others. The purpose of the establishment of the library is mainly to promote Chinese culture, teach the classics of Chinese culture, excavate the excellent local farming culture, advocate the style of civilized life, establish the will to love the party, the country and the family, establish the heart of respecting the elderly, and revitalize the rural culture, so as to help the revitalization of the countryside.
After the establishment of the Academy, it has carried out a wide range Xi of cultural activities such as "Chinese classics", "brush calligraphy", "erhu skills", "electronic piano performance", "music and dance", "presiding over speeches" and "wind music performance".
