Confucius (September 28, 551 BC – April 11, 4789 BC), surnamed Kong, Mingqiu, and Zhongni, was known as "Confucius" in the world. In the late Spring and Autumn Period, he was a native of Lu (now southeast of Qufu City, Shandong Province). He was a famous great thinker, great educator, great politician in ancient times, and the founder of Confucianism. In ancient times, Confucius was revered as "the saint of heaven" and "the wood of heaven", and was one of the most erudite scholars in the society at that time. With the expansion of Confucius's influence, Confucius sacrifices once became the same level as God and the country's ancestral gods. In addition to Lao Tzu, this honor is only Confucius in eternity. In 1984, Confucius was listed by UNESCO as one of the "Top Ten Cultural Figures of the World".
Confucius said that five out of ten I am determined to learn, thirty and stand, forty is not confused, fifty is aware of the destiny of heaven, sixty is obedient, seventy is to do what I want, and not to exceed the rules. This is Confucius's summary of the stages of his life. The meaning of this passage is that when I was 15 years old, my brain was opened and I began to study hard and hard, so I said that five times out of ten I was determined to study. At the age of 30, Confucius founded China's first private school, which could support himself with tuition fees and labor fees, so he said that he was thirty. At the age of 40, Confucius laid down his own educational philosophy, created a culture of private lectures, and private schools are getting better and better, so forty is not confused. At the age of 50, because of his reputation, Confucius was appointed by Lu Dinggong as the "Zhongdu Zai", and later served as "Sikong" and "Sikou". Confucius excitedly said that he "knew the mandate of heaven at fifty", and knew that his mission was to be a politician and do something great to govern the country and secure the country.
However, the reality is cruel, because his own interests are threatened, the "Three Huan" who controls the government of the Lu State impeached Kong Bullet within a few years. Confucius began a fourteen-year exile in which he planned to travel around the world and continue to fulfill his "Mandate of Heaven." Confucius was the first person to lobby. traveled around the world and opened the trend of scholars traveling to study and lobbying in the Warring States Period.
When traveling around the world, because his political ideas were not accepted by the countries, he repeatedly hit a wall, and finally Confucius had to shake his belief in "knowing that he could not do it", so as to "sixty and obedient", and finally when he was nearly seventy years old, Ye Luo returned to his roots and returned to Lu, "doing things with love", compiling the "Spring and Autumn Period", and taught 3,000 disciples and 72 sages, so he said that he "did what he wanted at 70 and did not exceed the rules".
In the sixteenth year of the reign of Lu Ai (479 B.C.), Confucius fell ill and died at the age of 73. Buried next to Surabaya in the north of Luguo City. After the death of Confucius, his disciples and his followers recorded the words, deeds, quotations and thoughts of Confucius and his disciples, and compiled them into the Confucian classic Analects.
