At 2:10 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, in order to fully implement the practice of the teaching concept of the new curriculum standard in middle school mathematics classroom teaching, construct an efficient mathematics classroom oriented to cultivate students' ability, and explore the efficient learning and teaching strategies of the college entrance examination for the third grade of high school, the middle school mathematics subject group of the curriculum and teaching department of the Futian District Academy of Education and Science specially held a seminar on the efficient teaching of mathematics for the third grade.
The event was hosted by the Middle School of the Curriculum and Teaching Department of the Futian District Education Academy in Shenzhen, and hosted by the Hongling Middle School of Futian District. The event invited the former high school mathematics teachers and researchers of the Shenzhen Institute of Educational Sciences, senior teachers, special teachers, famous teachers of the basic education system of Guangdong Province, the first batch of famous class teachers in Shenzhen, Mr. Li Zhimin, the minister of the high school of Hongling Middle School, Ruan Baoguo, and the head of the high school section and lesson preparation team of each high school in Futian District, the third grade mathematics teacher, and the members of the Futian District Young Teachers Community to participate in the event. The event is divided into four parts: senior three review seminars, expert comments, experience sharing, and special lectures.

Senior 3 Review Seminar
The first part of the activity is the first round of review seminar "The Equation of the Circle" brought by the teacher Lei Tongyue of the high school of Hongling Middle School (Group), Mr. Lei first sorted out the knowledge points and precautions related to the equation of the circle, and then taught the content of the equation of the circle, the trajectory problem related to the circle, and the most valuable problem related to the circle. The example questions selected by Mr. Tong are classic and of high quality, and similar practice questions are added after each example question, doubling the efficiency of teaching and practicing. At the same time, Ms. Tong pays special attention to solving multiple solutions to one problem to exercise students' thinking. Finally, every time he finished a question, Mr. Tong refined the ideas and methods involved, summarized and improved. On the whole, Teacher Tong's board book is particularly clean and tidy, the basic skills are solid, the language is concise and clear, and the foundation is profound, which presents a wonderful review class for the teachers who participated in the activity.

Expert commentary
The second part of the activity was expert comments, and He Yumei, a part-time teacher and researcher in Futian District and a teacher from Futian Middle School, made a wonderful comment on Teacher Tong's class. She first affirmed the class and pointed out three wonderful points: first, the classroom structure is complete, second, each question has multiple solutions, and third, the board book is particularly beautiful. At the same time, it also pointed out three suggestions for reference: one is to briefly explain the test points in combination with the college entrance examination before class to help students grasp the key points of class; the second is to add variations and multiple changes in one question to improve students' divergent thinking and creative thinking; and the third is to slow down the pace of the class and give students more time to think and answer.

Senior 3 Review Seminar
The third part of the activity is the experience introduction, Cao Yalin, a teacher from the high school of Hongling Middle School (Group), made the "Hongling Middle School 2024 Senior High School Preparation Group Daily Preparation Work Sharing", which shows the daily work of the 2024 senior high school mathematics preparation group of Hongling Middle School from four aspects: collective lesson preparation, review demonstration class, improvement in training, and training to make up for weaknesses, so that people can see the hard work behind the excellent college entrance examination results of Hongling Middle School.

Thematic lectures
The fourth part of the activity is a special lecture, presided over by Cheng Wujun, a part-time teacher and researcher of mathematics in Futian District High School and the head of the mathematics department of Hongling Middle School (Group), presided over by Li Zhimin, a former high school mathematics teacher and researcher of Shenzhen Institute of Educational Sciences, a senior teacher, a special teacher, a famous teacher in the basic education system of Guangdong Province, and the first batch of famous class teachers in Shenzhen, according to 42 years of front-line research experience in college entrance examination mathematics, gave a speech entitled "2024 College Entrance Examination Mathematics Test Prediction and Review Suggestions" In the lecture, Mr. Li elaborated in detail and vividly from five aspects: the analysis of the characteristics of the mathematics test questions in the 2023 new college entrance examination I. volume, the analysis of the proposition characteristics of the finale questions of the college entrance examination in recent years, the prediction of the mathematics test questions in the 2024 college entrance examination, the suggestions for the mathematics preparation of the 2024 college entrance examination, and the misunderstandings and countermeasures of high school mathematics classroom teaching.
In this event, we not only had an in-depth discussion on the content of the review seminar, but also received insightful comments and wonderful lectures from experts. These dry knowledge have made the preparation for the senior high school exam in Futian District more directional and efficient. We are convinced that the 2024 college entrance examination in Futian District will achieve more brilliant results.
