Dingbian County People's Court Announces The Enforcement of Rewards

In order to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of creditors and strengthen the establishment of a credit mechanism, upon the application of the applicant for enforcement, this court has decided to issue a reward enforcement announcement in accordance with Article 255 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 22 of the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning Property Investigation in Civil Enforcement, and reward the person subject to enforcement of the announcement case. The specific matters are announced as follows:

Respondent: Zhang Xiong, male, Han ethnicity, born on October 22, 1981, lives in Room 11-1-1302, Block B, Xingyuan West District, Dingbian Town, Dingbian County, ID number: 61272719811022 ****. The above-mentioned judgment debtors are required to fulfill the principal amount of 50,000 yuan and interest.
If the whereabouts of the person subject to enforcement are found through a report, and the court actually controls the person subject to enforcement, the bonus of 500 yuan will be used (subject to the first report and verification). This court will keep the identity of the person providing the property clue and the relevant circumstances of the clue provided by the person providing the clue strictly confidential.
Reports may be made in writing, orally, by telephone, or in any other form that the informant deems convenient, at 0912-4335462. Judge Yan: 18091242280 (reporting time is 8:00-12:00 a.m. and 3:00-6:00 p.m. on weekdays). This court will register the reported information in chronological order, and once verified, it will notify the informant to register the relevant information with the court.
This court arranges for special personnel to be responsible for the work of informants, promising to safeguard the interests of informants, keeping confidential the identity of the person providing property clues and the relevant circumstances of providing clues, and eliminating retaliation.
How to claim the bounty amount:
For whistleblowers who meet the above payment conditions, within three days after the court finds the person subject to enforcement, Zhang Xiong, and actually controls him, a bounty is paid to the informant. Bonuses include tax and are subject to a corresponding tax invoice.
Deadline for reporting a bounty: February 27, 2022.
For this reward order, the right to interpret is vested in the Border County People's Court.
