Good evening everyone! I'm 35 years old this year, and if I go back in time, let me go back 14 years. When choosing my first job, I will start from the following two points to clarify my career direction.
First, I will choose a job with growth potential. I entered the sales industry 14 years ago after graduating from university. At that time, my monthly salary was only 700 yuan, which was far lower than my peers. However, it is through sales work that I learned how to interact with people, communicate with people, understand the way of the market, and gain deep understanding and precipitation. These experiences will be crucial to my future career development and planning. Therefore, I think that the first job should not focus too much on salary and income gaps, but on expanding knowledge and networking. Only by knowing your own perception can you get more income. Through my sales work, I have not only expanded my network and knowledge, but also gained more opportunities and resources in my future career development. Today, my income is several times that I used to be, and I have a great advantage over my peers.
Second, I think it's more important to choose an industry than a company. If you choose an industry that is not suitable, it will be difficult to achieve your ideals and goals even if you work hard. Therefore, I think it takes time to understand the market and trends and choose the industry that suits you. I have always worked in the field of artificial intelligence and firmly believe that this is a hot field in China in the future. Therefore, I will continue to deepen this field and invest in my business knowledge and skills. I believe that as long as I keep working in this field, I will be able to get more opportunities and income.
